Donation Received From Mr. Dhruba Rijal & Mrs. Pramila Acharya Rijal

A MOU was signed between Dr. Bhagawan Koirala, Chairman of KIOCH and Mr. Dhruba Rijal, Managing Director of Pratistha Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. on 21st April 2025. Ms. Pramila Acharya Rijal, a prominent advocate for women’s empowerment handed over the check of Ten Million Rupees to Dr. Koirala, expressing their commitment to supporting KIOCH’s mission.

The donation will contribute to the organization’s efforts to provide affordable healthcare services to the children of Nepal, including urban poor, children in remote areas, and other disadvantaged groups. While KIOCH’s hospital in Jhapa is already in operation, construction of the hospital in Kathmandu is near completion and is expected to start service soon.

Ms. Acharya, who is also the president of the South Asian Women Development Forum (SAWDF), emphasized that the contribution reflects their beliefs in the shared responsibility of citizens to drive meaningful social change.

The KIOCH family extended its deepest appreciation for this generous support. Together, we are making strides toward ensuring that every child has access to the best possible healthcare
