We are delighted to announce that agreement was signed between Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KIOCH) and Kadambari Memorial College (KMC) to support children at the Learning Center of KIOCH–Kathmandu Children’s Hospital.
Through this collaboration, BSW and MSW students from KMC will serve as Social Work Interns, engaging hospitalized children in reading, storytelling, arts and crafts, educational games, and other creative activities that promote learning, healing, and emotional well-being. The students will also contribute to the development of Learning Center programs while supporting fundraising and community engagement initiatives as part of their field education.
Together, we look forward to creating a more caring, engaging, and child-friendly hospital environment for every child we serve.
